SONG ALLOWANCES

Each creator may submit a maximum of eight songs in total. Your eight-song allowance may include one or more artist personas. For example, you may submit:

Eight songs under one artist name
Four songs under each of two artist names
Two songs under each of four artist names
One song under each of eight artist names

All artist personas must belong to the same individual creator and must use the same registered email address. New artists may choose one of the following submission options:

Submit up to two songs free of charge (no more than two songs allowed with free option)
Submit more than two songs (up to eight songs) with a US$25 service fee (donate button)

Once you have reached the eight-song limit, you may replace tracks on a one-in, one-out basis. We recommend reviewing and refreshing your selections every two to three months.

ARTIST PROCESSING TIMES

Standard processing normally takes three to five days. Priority processing (Fast Tracking) is available for an additional service fee or voluntary donation of US$25. Priority submissions are moved to the front of the queue and are normally reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t wish to help our resources by donating or paying a service fee, then expect the standard processing time of 3-5 days for your songs to be loaded intop the system.

PLEASE NOTE

Pure AI Radio does not charge artists to play their music.

Artists may submit up to two songs free of charge. Each submission will be reviewed and, if it meets our programming standards, processed and added to our rotating playlist. Accepted songs will remain in rotation until Pure AI Radio determines that changes are required to accommodate new material or maintain a balanced playlist.

There is no fee for the ongoing broadcast or streaming of accepted songs.

Fees or requested contributions may apply only when an artist asks us to provide additional services, such as processing larger batches of songs or completing extra administrative and server-related work. These charges relate solely to the additional services provided and administration resources, not to airplay.

We are making this distinction clear because inaccurate claims have circulated on social media suggesting that Pure AI Radio charges artists to have their music played. This is incorrect.

Listeners and artists who voluntarily wish to support the station are welcome to make a donation through the donation link available in the website menu. All donations are entirely voluntary and are greatly appreciated.

SONG AND FILE REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure that:

Songs are submitted as high-quality MP3 files
Cover artwork is at least 1024 x 1024 pixels
Artwork is supplied as a JPG or PNG file
Lyrics are primarily in English, although occasional foreign-language phrases are acceptable
Songs do not contain profanity, explicit language, or prohibited content in any language
Songs do not fall within our list of unacceptable genres

Tracks containing explicit material or content that breaches our rules will be rejected or removed.

REVIEW AND PLAYLIST PROCESS

All submissions are reviewed by our production team. Approved tracks may be prepared for radio by renaming files, adding metadata, adjusting identification tags, logging the track, and uploading it to the rotating playlist.

We do not normally send confirmation when a song has been accepted. If you do not hear from us after the standard processing period, your submission has normally been processed. We will contact you if a track cannot be accepted because of explicit content, an unacceptable genre, poor audio quality, incorrect formatting, or another breach of our submission rules.

FACEBOOK PROMOTION RULES

Becoming a registered Pure AI Radio artist does not provide automatic permission to promote any song, video, Spotify link, or YouTube release in our Facebook community (Pure AI Radio).

Promotional posts are only permitted when the song:

Has been submitted through the PAIR portal
Has been approved by our production team
Is currently playing on the Pure AI Radio playlist

A song must be available for our listeners to hear on the station before it can be promoted through our Facebook community. This policy helps prevent spam, ensures fairness between artists, and keeps the Facebook page connected to the music currently supported by the station. Posts promoting songs that are not in rotation may be declined or removed.

OUR WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Pure AI Radio is a privately owned streaming platform created to support and promote AI music creators.

We do not claim ownership, copyright, exclusivity, or contractual rights over music submitted to the station. Creators remain responsible for their music, distribution rights, permissions, and any legal obligations connected with their work.

Artists may request the removal of their music at any time. Pure AI Radio also reserves the right to remove songs or end an artist's participation if our terms, policies, submission rules, or community standards are breached. We aim to treat every artist fairly, respectfully, and professionally, and we expect the same standard in return.
