Cloud Of Dust is a collaborative music project created by songwriter and producer Andy Hunt, originally formed in the late 1980s with vocalist and lyricist Steve Richards. Their early recordings were made using home equipment and simple studio setups, capturing a distinctive blend of synth-pop, experimental electronic music, and alternative pop influences from the era. Decades later, the project has been revived as Cloud Of Dust: Re-Imagined, an ambitious effort to revisit and rebuild those original recordings using modern AI-assisted production tools. Hunt carefully reconstructs the original songs - preserving the structure, melodies, and spirit of the early demos - while enhancing them with contemporary production techniques and new arrangements.

The result is a catalogue that bridges past and present: songs conceived in the analogue home-studio era are reborn with modern sonic depth while retaining their original character.
