Permissable File Formats:

To ensure your music can be added to our rotation quickly, please follow the guidelines below when submitting tracks. Files that do not meet these standards may be delayed or declined while adjustments are made for compatibility with our streaming system.

Audio Format

  • High quality MP3 files, Suno downloads are acceptable

  • 320 kbps bitrate

  • Sample rate 44,100 Hz or 48,000 Hz

File Naming

  • Format: Artist - Song Title.mp3
    Example: Pete Fingers - Alone Again.mp3

ID3 Tag Information (required)

  • Artist

  • Title

  • Album name

  • Genre

  • Year

  • Composer

Optional

  • Album or song cover artwork may be included in the ID3 tag

Following these guidelines helps avoid processing delays and allows us to upload your music faster.

Tracks submitted without an artist name will not be uploaded. All songs must include the AI artist name that created the track for legal compliance.

Artist Warranties, Rights and Indemnity:

1. Ownership and Rights Warranty
By submitting any music, audio recordings, artwork, metadata, biography, or related content to Pure AI Radio, the submitting artist, producer, or representative, referred to as "the Artist", represents and warrants that:

a) The Artist is the sole legal owner of the submitted content, or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to distribute, broadcast, stream, and otherwise make the content publicly available through Pure AI Radio.
b) The content does not infringe upon any copyright, neighboring rights, trademark, moral rights, performance rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
c) The content does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal material.

All submitting Artists give Pure AI Radio full rights to publicly stream their audio content on the Pure AI Radio streaming server. Pure AI Radio also reserves the right to remove any songs it deems necessary from its system without consultation with the owner. Right of Admission is Reserved.

2. No Liability for Submitted Content
Pure AI Radio acts solely as a streaming and promotional platform. Pure AI Radio does not verify ownership of submitted content and relies entirely on the representations made by the Artist.

Pure AI Radio accepts no responsibility or liability for any disputes, claims, damages, losses, legal proceedings, or costs arising from:

a) Ownership disputes between artists, producers, collaborators, or third parties.
b) Allegations of copyright infringement or unauthorized use of content.
c) Any misrepresentation made by the Artist regarding rights or permissions.

All responsibility for the submitted content remains solely with the Artist.

3. Indemnification
The Artist agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure AI Radio, its owner, operators, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to:

a) Any breach of the warranties set out above.
b) Any claim that the submitted content infringes the rights of any third party.
c) Any dispute between collaborators, contributors, or rights holders connected to the submitted content.

4. Right to Remove Content
Pure AI Radio reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content that is subject to a dispute, claim, or allegation of infringement, or that Pure AI Radio reasonably believes may expose the station to legal risk.

Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;

  • Search engines;

  • News organizations;

  • Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

  • System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.
